1) we are using cnc milling as a primary process to manufacture aluminum component but where we can get co2 and energy consumption values?

Hi, you can get these values in the material properties datasheet.

and for example using the eco-audit you can combine processes to check global effects/impacts on product production.
And yes from my pov, fine machining in your case could be the one to look for instead of CNC milling.

Maybe look first in the process record in MaterialUniverse to find which materials have environmental indicators for such process, using links at the bottom of the process record.
