SubscriberThe charge model executes up to 2V then diverges. But about 3V bias is needed for operation. I have employed all of the methods mentioned in the website to ensure convergence such as finer mesh, initialization, gradient mixing, increasing iteration, update limiting, smaller voltage steps etc. But the simulation still produces convergence errors. So I would really appreciate it if anyone points out the things I should look for.
Thank you

SubscriberThank you for the advice, I used a voltage gap of 0.05VÂ for simulating from 2V to 3V.Â
But again the model diverges.

Ansys EmployeeYou did not mention at which voltage it diverges? please try smaller range and step again. I guess it is approaching breaking point. If the static fields are strong, this can also happen.
