  Lumerical中模式的TE和TM定义是否与常规定义不同？
  在常规定义中TE模式是在光场传播方向无电场分量的模式；TM模式是在光场传播方向无磁场分量的模式。
  而Lumerical定义是Ex在总电场中的占比。
