question "I am using Lumerical CHARGE to simulate my structure. my structure. During the simulation, I encountered two problems, but I have already set the anode and cathode. However, the same issue persists. How can I resolve this?"The program terminated due to an error: A conductor was found with no specified contact properties

Hi Lee,
Thank you for reaching out to our forum! In our CHARGE simulation tool, each metal conductor must be added with electrical boundary condition, so this error message probably means that the conductor object in the simulation file is not given electrical boundary condition.
There are two possible solutions we can think of here:
1. Add electrical boundary condition to your object
2. Create a semiconductor material whose material properties are close to those of metalI hope that was helpful, Please note that this is the Optics forum and not the photonics where lumerical related question are posted. For your next lumerical question please post at: Ansys photonics forum.
Kind Regrads,
Niki
