      Hi,

In Magnetostatic maxwell setup, I am trying to write an expression for lorentz torque in field calculator.

Can someone help me how to write the below formula in field calculator.

      Hi,

Is this for 2D or 3D? In 3D you can assign lorentz force as parameter directly.

      Hi,

Yes, i know that we can assign parameters for lorentz force & lorentz torque to different parts before starting the solver (pre-processing stage) and see their results in solution data.

I am exploring the capabilities of field calculator. For that I am trying to write an expression for lorentz force & lorentz torque in field calculator and evaluating them and compare with solution data results.

I am able to write an expression for lorentz force. But i having difficulty in writing lorentz torque expression in field calculator.

Is it possible to write an expression for lorentz torque in field calculator ?

Yes, I think you can use Input>>Function>>Scalar>>R to get the displacement vector.
