Lorentz permittivity value in lorentz model

  HI, how can i find the lorentz permittivity value for silicon to create material model . I checked the reference paper but the formula is not same as used here.

  This model is most useful for metals around the plasma frequency. Si is typically a doped semiconductor and usually uses a different model. We have a s number of built in silicon models that would be preferable.
