Can some explain me why this link doesnt go ?

Here i could deactivate/retsore the licence when i change the PC or i install the software on a new PC!

Hi,

This is a legacy subscription link (no longer in use), please check with your Ansys account manager if you are migrated to shared web subscription licenses.
Additionally, follow Discovery Subscription license – Command line options | Ansys Knowledge over here you can't "Activate" by command line because the account page is gone. You can Deactivate and then open Discovery on the new machine and login when prompted to activate the license on that machine.
