Hello rtssb9182
Based on the error message, it looks like it could be a firewall issue. Can you disable firewall and see if that helps? Also, were you able to activate the subscription license successfully through Command Prompt?

Hello rtssb9182
The account team noticed that the email address associated with this issue is being used by multiple users. If multiple people are sharing a single Discovery subscription, it is a violation of the legal terms and conditions of the Discovery named-user subscription license. Each user must have his or her own Discovery subscription. Ansys ID SSO detects multiple people signing in from different locations as a violation of the single-user requirement, then requires MFA or blocks the sign-in.
The account team would still like to have some information to investigate this issue. The previous failed logins all appeared to be coming from an IP address in Taiwan, while there were passing logins from Singapore. Can you collect the timestamp of when the failure occurred that would be helpful as it looks like there are multiple users from different locations using this account.

Hello rtssb9182
The Named User (subscription) license is intended to be used by a single user. If multiple users want to use a single license, then it is recommended to switch to the floating license option. Anyways, as I mentioned in my previous post, the account team is investigating the issue and they need the timestamp of when the failure occurred. Can you please provide that information?
Also, did the customer try activating the subscription license through command prompt that I had mentioned in one of my earlier replies? Can you also provide an update on this?

Hello rtssb9182
Thanks for your reply. Was the command prompt activation successful or not? If it failed, can you share the snapshot of the command prompt window showing the executed command and its output?
Also, as mentioned earlier, please send the timestamp i.e. the time (along with the timezone) when the customer encountered the account block issue after launching Discovery/SpaceClaim.
