We are a student team that have received a sponsorship for a few ANSYS products. I have installed the license management center, which I was able to start and it worked fine for a few days. Lately though, the server has been stopping as soon as I start it, so I am not able to use the products we have a license for.

Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

Hi Ioannis,
Please check if port 1055 is being used by some other service.
Also, please escalate this case via your Ansys Account Manager so that we can contact you directly.Â
