So, I had a license for ANSYS 2019 R3 approved for my university team. I got an email that my software was ready to download, and I was able to install it. However, when I open the Workbench, I'm not able to see any of the Analysis Systems, and I get the following message:

I've troubleshooted and tried looking for the license file but I can't find it...
