Licensing Issue with NON node-limited ANSYS Academic Package

  Hi,
  I am trying to install Ansys 19R3 but I keep on getting the following error. I'm not sure if this error is on my end or not. I have also tried connecting to the university VPN but this does not work. During installation, the step I skipped was running "InstallPreReqs.exe" and "PreReqCheck.exe" because I couldn't find them anywhere.
  I had Ansys 18R2 but I uninstalled it.
  Can you please advise me on what to do.

  In this case, you don't need to install ANSYS License Manager as you don't have licenses to host on your machine.nYou just need to use Client ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility to specify the correct license server machine information (the one hosted by your school)nThe VPN is needed if you are not connecting to your university network directly (e.g., you are working from home)n
