Dear Team,
Â
I have downloaded the products and a workbench is created. When I open it there is a message that says it cannot connect to license. I have created a server as instructed but when we try to save the information it occurs an error message. I cannot find how to solve it nor how to use my license so I can connect to workbench

Hi,
If it's academic version I believe you should have license for it, launch your Ansys Licensing Settings and check if correct servername is mention over there.
