SubscriberA vpn was used to use ansys remotely.
I confirmed that the client's computer was connected to port 1055 using telnet,
and I confirmed that the license client's flexnet publisher was connected.
However, the following error occurred during the process of reading data.
What specifically is the error about (-16, 10010)?

Please check if user can launch the application.
Also, does the user have any environment variable set related to Ansys?
