Hello Tim Dukes
Can you click on the "Gather Diagnostics" option that can be seen on the left side of the License Client Settings panel, and send it to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com?

Hi Tim. I hope youve gotten the help you needed. Would you mind telling me the solution to this problem? Just so if any one (or one of my customers) get the same problem.
Cheers. -

I followed this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nofuLnng5Ek&ab_channel=AnsysHowToVideos
I'm not sure if anything has changed form 2020R2 to 2021 releases but customers on 2020R2 were finding they couldn't connect to the new software but could to the old. Make sure all these exceptions are added on the server. I all made sure port 1055 was open and I think 2325.
