License server issue for

  We are running Ansys 2023R1 for some professors, and 2020R1 for others. On the exact same machine, using the same ports, the 2020R1 produces the error below, however the newer version works fine.
  Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but it looked the most appropriate of the topics I could choose from.
