License server down? High priority!

      Hello,   Multiple customers have called us that they cannot login on SpaceClaim. They get the following error (see image) I have already tried to offline activate their license, but without succes.   Can this be solved ASAP?

      Thank you for informing us of this issue.
      We have received similar complaints from other users as well.
      I have escalated this issue with my team to check for issues at our end.

      The license issue has been fixed. Please refresh the license as per below steps and launch SpaceClaim:

      1. Open Command prompt in admin mode
      2. In the command prompt, type in:
        cd C:Program FilesANSYS Incv211licensingclientwinx64
      3. Once in that directory, run the following command:
        ansysls_client.exe -RefreshLicenseEntitlements

      Please let me know if you face any issues further.
