license preferences is not available in my workbench.

  hi there,
  I have just downloaded the ANSYS 2024 r2 student version software.
  Today, I am needing blade modeller, but I have to do some changes in license preferences (as per dialog box developed in workbench)
  
  I cannot see the license preferences option in workbench (in tool option)
  
  It would be appreciated helping me.

  The Student licence isn't designed to be added to or altered. You need one of the paid for licences that the University have.
