SubscriberHello - I am receiving the following error after setting up the license manager and SpaceClaim:
"Failover feature 'Discovery - Level 1' is not available.
Request name disco_level1 does not exist in the licensing pool.
License server machine is down or not responding.
See the system administrator about starting the license server system, or make sure you're referring to the right host (see LM_LICENSE_FILE)."
In following the documentation I have already set the required executables to bypass the firewall. I'm not sure what else I need to do to get the software working.
Â
Thanks.

Forum ModeratorHello Avery Schemmel
Do you have the Subscription (Named User) license or the Floating license?
Which version of Discovery SpaceClaim are you trying to use?

SubscriberHi Subashni
Apologies for the delayed response. It seems like my issue stemmed from a miscommunication between myself and ANSYS on the type of license I should have been given. I received a license that was added to a pool of licenses within my organization of which I should not have been added. I have since been granted an updated license to manage myself. At this point the issue has been resolved.
Â
Thanks,
Avery
