  What ANSYS version is this ?
  
  In the Windows Search box, type %temp% , then enter. There should be .ansys folder in here. Open that up and sort by date modified and open those files that have recent dates/time (after you saw the error message), look for the timestamp and post what it shows around the time that the error message comes up in the Workbench GUI.

  Im using ANSYS Workbench R2 2019. This is student version of ANSYS
  
  Sorry for asking. Im still new to ANSYS, how to post the error message in the Workbench GUI?

  ANSYS Student version does not include Vista TF . I'd recommend to ask in Physics Simulation -> Fluid Dynamics section to see if you can change your workflow. so it does not need Vista TF
