license checkout failed (ansys 14.5)

  Hi,
  
  Recently I got this message (license checkout failed ) when I wanted to run CFX or workbench. I can't stop license and also I don't have any license management center. I'll really appreciate if you help me to solve this problem.

  Can you upgrade to more recent versions like 19.x or 2019 R1 ? The v 14.5 is too old.
