Licence activation

We are trying to install the licence for SpaceClaim Discovery Pro and getting this error "Cannot connect to license server system"

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

It shows -15 error, which means there is no connection between client and server machine.
Launch your Ansys Licensing Settings as an admin and verify if it's pointing to correct server, click on feature in use too to verify if all increments are visible.

The registration was not complete as the licence file was not created.
