      Lazer powered steam engine with sealed exhaust to compress and condense exhaust into compressed air to be stored  in tank  and  reintroduced into a perpetual system. Laser  requires  considerably less energy  to power  and works with negative  temps. Therefore  should not break the second  law of T.D.
