SubscriberHi all, I am having an issue when attempting to launch DesignModeler from the Workbench. I am using ANSYS 2023 R1 version.
I am using the Fluent with Fluent meshing cell, and when I attempt to launch DesignModeler, I get an error message as following:
"AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written:
C:\Users\TMATTE~1\AppData\Local\Temp\7\AnsysWBDumpFile.dmp"I have reinstalled ANSYS, and I am attempting to launch DesignModeler from a fresh project, so there shouldn't be any issues on those ends.

Ansys EmployeeHi Trevor, Close all Ansys applications. Open a File explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar and hit enter. Open the Ansys folder and rename the v231 folder to v231.old. Now try relaunching DesignModeler from a new session of Workbench. -

Ansys EmployeeCan you check if the graphics driver on your machine is up to date? If it is a NVidia card, check if there are any new drivers available in the website and install it. Also, check if the windows is up to date.
Close all Ansys applications. Open a command prompt as administrator and run the below, one by one..
regsvr32.exe ole32.dll
regsvr32.exe atl.dll
regsvr32.exe oleaut32.dll
regsvr32.exe scrrun.dll
regsvr32.exe jscript.dll
regsvr32.exe vbscript.dll
Then rerun WB and see if DM launches?
