launch the calculations on an external disk

Hello to all, nnI am currently doing a nonlinear static calculation with 175 400 elements and 52821 nodes. The calculation is done in 4 steps. After the convergence of the 4 steps, the mechanical program closed without saving and without any reason. I think that it is a problem of memory of the disk. I would like to know if it is possible to launch a calculation on an external hard disk? because my calculation contains totally 9 stepsnnAny help will be appreciated, thank you

nYes, you can connect an external HDD. If you save the project to that drive, the solver should use that drive to write results. Workbench allows you to configure where temporary files are stored. You may want to change that to point to a drive with sufficient space as well.n
