老师您好，我现在在做光开关器件，我想知道在FDTD中，在模拟中是不是并没有考虑材料的时间响应延迟，如下图所示，开关时间过快只有20fs左右，不符合实际，若没有考虑材料的时间响应延迟，有没有办法使其可以在模拟时考虑材料的时间响应延迟。

您好 您所指的材料延遲是牽涉到甚麼樣的物理描述呢？ 我聯想到的觀點是Dielectric relaxation，您可以參考維 基百科的描述。 一個可能的方式是參考debye模型(如以下網頁)，設定適當的材料參數以看到材料的延遲效應。但您必須確認這個模型足以描述您想要描述的現象。

老师，我用的是金属材料，debye是不是不适合金属材料

這部分我不是很確定，的確金屬比較常見的是drude model，但我覺得您可以網上找一下有沒有相關的文件描述。
