      我想将mesh accuracy 4 不添加细网格和mesh accuracy 2添加override mesh 0.08两次仿真得到的透射率求个差值，做一个具体的数值对比，看看两者之间的误差在百分之多少，请问在监视器里怎么做？

      您好，您可以通过LUMERICAL脚本getdata获得监视器的数据，然后计算相对误差。或者导出监视器数据结合第三方工具进行求解运算。——佳研 黄龙鑫
