SubscriberHi, I tried several versions of Ansys AIM because the program did not work properly. Unfortunately the versions were not completely removed by unistall so that I deleted the remaining files. Now I can no longer install a version, whether older or newer. Is there a solution for that?

Ansys EmployeeIs this K drive your local drive or network drive ? I strongly recommend installing ANSYS on a local drive.nTo 'completely' uninstall, make sure you remove the ANSYS Inc folder, delete ANSYS environment variables, and delete the %appdata%\ANSYS folder.nFor the last part, you can just use the following command to quickly do itnmove %appdata%\ansys %appdata%\ansys.oldnNow, try installing it again.nDoes this work ?nAugust 19, 2020 at 3:38 pmHG1
