      The softwares seems to not be able to communicate correctly with the license server and crashes

      Are you referring to Ansys DIscovery? Can you please share screenshot of the error message?

      If it is Ansys Discovery, please go through the Discovery Family Licensing & Installation. Make sure you installa the product with admin rights.
