Issues while creating metasurface in HFSS

      Hello
Can anyone help me with issues I am facing while creating metasurfaces in HFSS?
How can I change the distance between two unit cells?

How do I implement different unit cells in one metasurface?
What is the process for designing a phase gradient unit cell?

How can I create a digitally coded metasurface?

      Hi Deep,

Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys learning forum. Your patience is much appreciated.

If you are new to unit cell analysis, I suggest you go through example designs under the Metamaterial folder of "open examples". You can also go through this free AIS course on using Floquet ports along with coupled boundaries - Ansys HFSS Floquet Port | Ansys Courses.

Please find my response to your questions as follows:

How can I change the distance between two unit cells? - If the unit cells of your design are not touching one another, you can include the gap between the unit cell geometry and the coupled boundary.

What is the process for designing a phase gradient unit cell?
How do I implement different unit cells in one metasurface?
How can I create a digitally coded metasurface? - Please provide more details to help us serve you better.

      Best regards,
      Praneeth.
