I don't any active devices for your Ansys Discovery Modeling (Named User License). Can you please activate the license using your login credentials.
If that doesn't work, please try activating the license using command prompt and then try launching the application.
Please refer Discovery Subscription license - Command line options for instructions on activating licenses through command line.Â
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

Can you please confirm that you are using the correct installer Discovery Downloads - Knowledge Base - Ansys Discovery Forum. If not please, try downloading the new installer and activate the license.Â
Please share the screenshot of the error you are seeing.Â
