Issue with Ansys Student 2024R2

  Hello,
  I'm trying to use Ansys Student for a University Project, however when I try to run Ansys Workbench 2024 R2 I'm getting the error in the image below. I belive Ansys already has all the required permissions and I've tried reconfiguring the install but it doesn't seem to help. Firewall doesn't seem to be the issue either, as disableing it also had no avail.
  The path \Temp\ansys.\ also has no files on startup so I'm unsure if it's trying to access a non-existent file...

  please check computer hostname
  if you open a command prompt and run the command hostname in it, then does it show the computer's hostname correctly ?

  Is the Operating System language set to English? If not, can you try doing so?
