Issue with 2023 R2 Cylindrical Gap Treatment

  There is something wrong when I choose cylindrical gap treatment to create mesh.
  
  Message Manger:
  
  Initial mesh, process g3dmesher : Unexpected internal software error. Please contact Ansys technical support.
  
  Is there someone who can tell me what's wrong with this problem? Furthermore, 2023 R2 could not choose classical mesh and it only has the TAU model. So it could not calculate harmonic force because ansys always create cylindrical gap treatment automatically.

  Hi Shiyun, this error message is pointing to mesh issue. For rotating simulation, Cylindrical Gap mesh operation is automatically created, and it shouldn't affect harmonic force calculation.
