Issue while launching

  Ansys launches properly but when i try to open fluent or any other thing in ansys it gives the certain issue
  Please help with this issue i am not able to launch fluent or any other application because of this error

  Try the following:
  Rename the directory: %APPDATA%\Ansys\v241 to %APPDATA%\Ansys\v241.old
  Depending on which version you are seeing the issue, change the v241 directory to the version directory you are using:
  EX:
  version 2023 R2 would be v232
  Rename to v232.old
