Hi,
I have been trying to simulate a 400 element antenna array with a plane wave excitation and radiation boundary condition at mmWave frequency. To simulate the array it requires a lot of RAM memory and our server has 382GB of usable RAM. But, the simulation still gives out an error that 'Solver_Out_of_Memory', please verify RAM limit.

I would like to suggest you to try reducing the passes in the adaptive meshing and see whether you are able to succeed or not.
Even though you have 382 GB RAM, the solver might need more based on the array size.
Try reducing the number of passes as trail and error and see the profile.
All the very best.
