SubscriberDear Sir/Madam Â
I am Muhammad Iqbal a research officer from University Technology PETRONAS. Currently, I am using ANSYS 19.1 academic version that linked with my organization which is University Technology PETRONAS for my project. My project requires me to use CFD- DEM to simulate multiphase flow. Therefore, I decided to use EDEM coupled with Fluent for this project. Unfortunately, I faced some problem to coupling both software where my Fluent cannot read the journal file that created from the compiler. I contacted EDEM support team to assist me in overcome this issue. They tried this coupling using their Fluent and they managed to coupling both software. Thus, according to them, this issue arise from my Fluent where it seems that the Fluent cannot read the journal file. Hereby, I needs some insights from ANSYS expert who can help me to solve this problem as my project has been delayed for a month due to this issue. Your kind assistance is highly appreciated. Attached is the error that arise when I tried to read the journal file.
Â
Thank You.
Â
Regards Iqbal
(UTP Research Officer)
