Hello! I have been trying to use the custom structure of #Lumerical #FDTD to define a curve in a #2D simulation. However, I am facing a #segmentation problem as you can see from the attached photos. Is there a way around this?

Thanks in advance.Â

Hi Mehdi,
I apologize for the late reply. I notice that you are using an extremely large x-span. I was wondering if you had a reason behind that. I believe that this extremely large size is making the structure segmented. If you create something of the size that would be reasonable to simulate in FDTD, you would not see see this issue. For example, the same equation for a x-span of 10 um looks like this:Regards,
