SubscriberHello,
Is there any 'built-in' strain limitation in Discovery AIM in case of structural analysis with bilinear isotropic hardening material, so after reaching that 'magic' value (plastic strain) the solver either stops, or fixing the deformations for applicable finite elements?
I am doing a GMNA (Geometrical and Material Nonlinear Analysis, ref. EN 1993-1-6) and would like to know whwther this program feature is active or not?
Thanks,
Csaba

There is no Strain limitation that can be specified for a simulation in Discovery AIM.
