I want to model an RF transformer using Spaceclaim made of trifilar 34 AWG magnet wires and import it into HFSS for analysis .
I have no clue how to do this in HFSS, have been modeling it in the past using Solidworks since it is so very easy to model the twisted trifilar wire using Solidworks and then import into HFSS.
Â
I am hoping that it will be easy to model these trifilar wires using SpaceClaim, but again, have no clue even how to begin doing it using SpaceCalim.
I also hope that SpsacClaim can be used to wrap the trifilar around the ferrite core, which isnt easy even when using Solidworks.
Thanks

Hey,
Since not everyone will be familiar with RF transformers with 34 awg magnet wires or what the twisting means in your case. You could reach more forum users if you provided some snipshots of what you are trying to model in spaceclaim that way you could get more or quick replies.Regards,
