Hi,
I am working on a project where I have some errors. I can't have a Check Geometry without errors until now. Every time I delete the error faces and the non-manifold vertex, they keep coming back.
My question is : Is it possible to continue the merge and the volume extraction while having errors or it is necessary to have a 100% clean geometry ?
Thank you.

It is recommended to have a clean geometry, but, if you are not able to recreate entities with errors, you may try to mesh them and use measures like defeaturing tolerance, virtual topology, etc. but if this does not work, cleanup at geometry level is recommended.
