Is it possible to import a DXF as a sketch in spaceclaim and then use as beam elements

      Ansys staff can not download any files on the forum, so if you want to reach a larger audience to get answers from, please insert inline images describing your problem.
      If you are able to import the file in SpaceClaim, have you tried Create tool in the Prepare tab, after selecting the profile?

      Hello, I am able to open the DXF but it doesnt let me choose the create command.
      To get around this I imported the dxf in the geometry drop down, then right clicked and opened in ANSYS design viewer which allowed me to create the beam elements
