Some sessions finished in February were not correctly marked as disconnected. Customers would observe a sudden significant charge for affected sessions around 1 March, well after the session was finished. These accounts will see unexpected consumption of Elastic credits. We are diagnosing the issue, and we will revert any session overcharge.

All affected sessions have been corrected to reflect the correct time at which they were disconnected and the corresponding count. Affected sessions include any session that was disconnected between 2023-02-17 1547 GMT and 2023-03-01 1245 GMT.
