Invalid option for this license server

  I am unable to add a licence to the licence manager as it is coming up with an error saying “Invalid option for this license server”. I don’t know how to get past this.

  Can you try changing your 'Advanced Options' -> 'Specify License Manager Run Mode' to 'Run the ANSYS Licensing Interconnect with FlexNet (default)'? This should only be done on the actual license server machine for which the license was issued. If you are trying to install the license on a different machine, it will not work and the settings may be set to a different option intentionally.
