I am trying to solve a motor Magnetic transient model in Ansys Maxwell with piecewise functions within external circuit exciting the 3 phase windings of the motor. But I see an error - Maxwell2d solver, process solver2d error: Internal Solver Error: 'MFS Solver failed: Find Factorization fail '. Please contact ANSYS technical support.

Could you please share why this error would prop up?

Hi @arshiah Share some screenshots explaining how you defined the PW function in the external circuit for 3 phases.

I was seeing error due to eddy current settings. Once, I set eddy currents in the stator of my machine. I saw the simulation running.
