internal/external file

Hello, A customer has a problem in a drawing sheet, when he wants to integrate the upper assembly view in the drawing of a subassembly, he gets the error message: The inter-doc reference would create a cyclic dependency at the document level. Moreover, when it tries to internalize an external file and save its design, Spaceclaim doesn't want to save. It can however save as "share as file" but it would like to be able to save as one file... Have you already encountered this problem?

      Hello charlie

Internalizing the components should have solved your issue, but looks like it is creating problems for you. I have sent you the secure transfer link, please send the files there, so that I can look into it.

      Regards.

        Hello Roberto

I don't remember exactly what the ticket was. It seems to me that it came from an imported corompu file. And I think I managed to copy/paste my structure in a new Spaceclaim session to save it...

I'm not sure of this process anymore...sorry...

        regards
