SubscriberHi all,
Actually, I have created these two geometries in SpaceClaim. It is obvious that they have some interferences. Previously, I used to remove the interferences using the "Interference" tool, but it cannot remove it.
Do you know what is the problem?
If I run the simulations with these interferences, does it affect the results?

Ansys EmployeeHey,
Can you check the geometry once and make sure there are no geometry errors? If the resultant geometry is non manifold boolean opeations might fail.
Try using Combine tool to cut one body with the other as an alternative. If you move to the simualtion with these interference, you are going to face convergence errors if what you plan is a structural analysis.
