Subscriber老师你好,我在使用interconnect仿真的时候,发现当我使用不同数量,不同波长的CW laser时,器件检测到的输出光功率会有差异,然后做了一下简单的测试仿真,如附件所示,发现设定不同数量,不同波长的CW laser时,即使不将它们连入我的光路中也会对结果产生影响是怎么一回事呢?以及使用Optical Spectrum Analyzer测得的光功率和使用光功率计Optical Power Meter测得的结果有差异是为什么呢?

这个现象应该是因为当多个光源出现在同一个文件里面时,甚至在有些光源悬空的情况下,INTERCONNECT都会先做一个光源的扫描来决定仿真的bandwidth.之后INTERCONNECT会使用这个bandwidth的中心来作为所有频率dependent value的operating freqency. 举个例子来讲,如果电路里面有波导,波导的indices都是针对波导里面定义的central frequency来定义的,然后实际上针对光源使用的indices都是通过dispersion来计算的。在多个光源的情况下,operating frequency可能就不是光源的frequency了,所以结果就出现偏差了。
这种情况下,你可以把Root Element 的 “sample mode frequency” 设置成“user defined”, 然后把“sample mode center frequency”设置成你想要的频率。
