I guess it is the initial part and the end part that cause issues. Please choose to remove some points for both of them in the "eye diagram" element.

For the 2nd quesiton, did you change the random seeds of the signal? usually it should not. Better to write a separate post with more details.
Next time, please write a new post for not related questions, and give some screenshots so we know what the circuits look like. The more details you give and describe, the easier for us to provide a solution.

Hi there, all the eye diagrams are collected from the same simulation setting. I have created a separate question for it. It'd be greatly appreciated if you could provide a solution to it. The results seem unreasonable. Thank you, Deng

Also, I checked the weird line that appears in the eye diagram. It actually happens in the middle of the sequence.Â
