INTERCONNECT grating coupler example

  hello everone
  
  I have a question about the inerconnect example.

  The error occurs in the last interconnect of the grating coupler example.
  
  I tried modifying the Enhanced properties part of the ONA, but the error persists
  but the error persists.
  
  Do you have any idea what parameter I need to change?

  It is just a warning, not an error. Please follow the suggestion from the warning message.
