Interconnect element parameter

  I want to see what parameters in an interconnect element can bring me a satisfying result. Is there a way to sweep the element parameters in interconnect. I want to do a sweep for a phase shifter from 0 to 360 deg, and see what phase shift has a good result in transmission spectrum of my circuit.
