Intel MPI 2018.3 fail to install on several PCs (windows 10 and 11) when installed as requirement for Electronics Desktop. Workaround found to run the installation in Windows 8 compatibility mode. Is this a known problem with a fix?

Hi Line,
I don't recall any customers running into the issue you are describing.
However, you would only need to install Intel MPI 2018u3 if distributing across stand-alone Windows computers.
If you are not doing that, there is no reason to install Intel MPI 2018u3 or AnsoftRSMService on the Windows computer.
Please confirm if the intention is to distribute jobs across your Windows computers.thanks
Randy
